When ordering small quantities from your ready-to-go range, we always delivery next day as standard. If a specific date is required, please inform your representative.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Of course! This is something we will deal with on a case-by-case basis. Different countries have specific customs rules about what can be imported. Talk with your representative for further clarity.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order 48 hours before the dispatch date. With larger bulk orders, we require at least 2 weeks to avoid wasted fresh produce.
Is it possible to send this as a gift?

Can I send to multiple addresses in one order?
You can send to multiple addresses by simply forwarding the information onto your Hamperline representative and they will do the rest!
Some products are not calculated at the VAT standard rate, why is this?
Within a gift, there is multiple products, all with different VAT rates. Therefore, we have blended the VAT rate to correctly match the VAT value in each gift.
